You can follow the below steps to locate the problems.
1. Accessories issue
(1) Switch a network and get another network cable to see if it gets resolved.
(2) Please check if the lights in the ETH-ports are on, if the lights are out, then the control board may be broken.
Network issue
(1) If you can’t access the miner dashboard, please unplug and plug the miner in the right way, then perform a factory reset: press the reset button for about 15-20 seconds, then press the IP button;
(2) Please make sure this miner and your computer are under the same net and same frequency band;
(3) Please make sure your router won’t restrict the access of new IP or new MAC address devices.
(4) Please make sure there is no antivirus software blocking you visit the miner.
