Status of the lights near by the reset button:

| Always on | off | Miner can’t connect to pool; | Disable your antivirus software; Switch to another pool. Refer to mining tutorial (such as Dxpool mining tutorial) to check if your setting is correct, especially the user name. |
| Off | Flashes rapidly | Fan is abnormal. | Submit your request and select “Fan cannot start normally.” as your issue. |
| Off | Always on | Miner is overheating | Submit your request and select “Other issues.” as your issue. |

| Flashes | Always on | Some hash boards fail to start up. | Submit your request and select “fail to start up” is shown on 1 or 2 or 3 CPBs. as your issue. |
